Single origin 72% Vanuatu chocolate with coconut water
Sometimes simplicity is best. 72% chocolate grown, hand harvested, dried, and fermented in Malekula (Vanuatu). Then sent in small batches to Mudgee, NSW for crafting into chocolate by Spencer Cocoa.
Flavour profile: Tropical fruits, caramel and malt. A well-balanced pretty and sassy experience.
Healthy facts: The darker the chocolate the better for your head, heart and hips. Jam-packed with polyphenols, anti-aging antioxidants (3x more than red wine and 4x more than berries!) plus relaxing magnesium and collegn-boosting copper, dark chocolate can aid in lowering blood pressure, assist insulin management and gosh darn, it makes you feel happy!
Idea: Pair it with coconut water. We often pair our chocolate with coconut water. That's full of the good stuff too - amino acids, enzymes, Vitamins B and C and minerals like iron, calcium, potassium and zinc. You'll be flush with hydration before you know it.
